Hello!
I'm Drew Gardner.....I graduated from James Madison University in 1980 with a BS in Geology, then moved on to George Washington University to obtain my Geology Masters in Geophysics. In addition to my studies at JMU, I was immersed in music and became the drummer of an aspiring punk band, deciding to forgo moving West to become a Geologist to play music locally. In 1983, by chance, I began working in the mechanical contracting industry. In the 35 plus years since then I have created and managed 3 contracting businesses in the Northern VA area and represented multiple HVAC and Residential Contracting businesses including Carrier. In 2017, I established Gardner Contracting Services, LLC which is now doing business as Sport Contracting.
My Story
I hold both a VA State Class A Residential Builders License and a VA State HVAC Masters License. I have been involved in many great companies, teams, and bands over the years and enjoy assembling groups of artisans with unique skill sets to meet unique job site needs. This is the basis for Sport Contracting today. Our work scopes range from Residential Home Improvement and Handyman services, Sport Contracting of Athletic Facilities including being a proud approved vendor of Sport Court and Residential and Light Commercial Heating, Cooling and Home Comfort Needs.
